U, ME AND SCAM

We have a lot of intelligence agencies working for the government to check the illegal activities.

Apart from a number of Government agencies we also have a number of social organizations who keep working for the welfare of people (so called), and we have an overactive media to keep a watch on all these.(For their TRP)

Have they been of any use to the common man

Yes the common man is now more informed of all the SCAMS that happened in this country and how much money was involved in each one and how did the scam happen (and be assured that whoever did that gets away with it and how, That helps if you have to do one yourself in future).A big help by the agencies and particularly the media.

But in spite of all that one scam involving the common man (You and ME)still remains plaguing the system of this country and

IT IS THE BIGGEST OF ALL SCAMS BELIEVE ME

I will just put in a short example

A two bedroom flat in a decent locality in Delhi costs you around Rs 50,00,000=00 in open market, even if you are lucky to get it in DDA draw the cost is around 25,00,000=00. You buy a flat in the open market and you have to pay Rs 10,00,000-00 only by way of cheque, and balance in cash (unaccounted).

You can get the property transferred in your name at the registrar office after paying duty of Rs60,000=00 only instead of Rs 1,30,000=00. A net loss of Rs 70,000=00 to the state.

That loss is again negligible when compared to the loss of the Nation because of the 40,00,000=00 Rupees circulating in the market as Black money per flat.

To calculate the total money thus circulating one has to move RTI and find out how many deals are being registered daily in India every day and I am sure it would come out more than the total budget outlay of INDIA.

ANY BODY WHO WANTS TO TRY THAT ....

NO BECAUSE EVERYONE OF US IS A PART OF THIS SCAM (CAN WE CALL OURSELVES NATIONALIST)
